Using the site
Use this site lawfully and for finding out about or booking our services. Don’t attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, or use it in a way that could harm it or other people.
Prices, ranges and the estimator
Hourly rates, project ranges and the results of the job estimator are typical figures, not quotes. They reflect common IT support pricing in Surrey and Metro Vancouver when written and may change.
Your price depends on the job, the condition of your existing equipment, the building, the hardware chosen and when the work is done. Onsite and installation work is quoted before it starts. Remote support is billed as described when you book it.
Bookings and work
Asking for help or a quote puts neither of us under any obligation. Work you approve is carried out on the terms in your quote or work order, which take priority over this website.
Who does the work
Work may be carried out by our technicians or by vetted local partners. The business doing your work will be named on your quote or work order.
Intellectual property
Content on this site belongs to IT Support Surrey or is used under licence. Please don’t copy it without permission. Product names such as Microsoft 365 and Windows are trademarks of their owners, used here only to identify the products.
