// What we do
IT Services for Surrey Businesses
Six services that cover a typical office from the internet line to the last desk phone. Book one job, or several.
// Overview
Support, Installation and Setup, All in One Place
Most IT jobs in a small business fall into one of two kinds. Something has stopped working and needs troubleshooting, or something new needs installing and setting up. We do both, for businesses only, across Surrey and the cities around it.
Our six services line up with the parts of a typical office: support and troubleshooting for whatever’s gone wrong; network cabling and Wi-Fi; computers, laptops and printers; Microsoft 365 and email; business phone systems; and backup, servers and data. You can book any one of them on its own. Not sure which one your problem falls under? Call 604-359-5284 and describe it.
We only work with businesses. We don’t repair home computers or personal phones, which keeps our technicians focused on the systems your business runs on.

// How it fits together
A Typical Office, Box by Box
Every box in this diagram links to the service that installs and fixes it. When a problem crosses two of them, like choppy calls that turn out to be a firewall setting, the same team follows it through.
// Pricing
Three Ways to Pay
Book a single job hourly, prepay a block of hours, or take an ongoing monthly plan. Most businesses start hourly.
| Hourly | Block hours | Monthly plan | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How you pay | $100–$150/hr remote, $125–$185/hr onsite | Prepaid 10 or 20 hours, 10–15% under hourly | $95–$250 per user, per month |
| Commitment | None. Pay per job | Hours used as you need them | Ongoing agreement |
| Best for | Occasional problems and one-off installs | A few jobs a month, or a project with extras | Teams that need help every week |
| Prevention | Only what you ask for | Can be spent on health checks | Monitoring and patching included |
| When it costs more | If you call every week | If hours expire unused | If you rarely need help |
