Business IT Support & Troubleshooting

Outlook won’t sync, a PC won’t start, nobody can print. Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll start on it remotely the same business day.

// Overview

IT Support When You Need It, Not a Contract

Most Surrey businesses don’t need a full-time IT person. They need someone to call when something stops working, who picks up, figures out what’s actually wrong and fixes it properly. That’s what this service is.

We troubleshoot the whole office: Windows and Mac computers, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Wi-Fi and the network, printers and scanners, shared drives, accounting and line-of-business software, phones and remote access. Most problems are looked at remotely within the same business day, often while you’re still on the call. When it needs hands, a technician comes to your office in Surrey or nearby, and you get the price before the work starts.

You pay for the time it takes, in 15-minute steps for remote work. If you find yourself calling us every week, we’ll tell you when a block of hours or a monthly plan would cost less.

Call 604-359-5284 and tell us what’s going on. A short call is often enough to know where the problem is.

Find the cause, not just the symptom. A slow PC is sometimes a failing drive, sometimes a full mailbox, sometimes the network.

What We Troubleshoot

Email & Microsoft 365

Outlook not syncing, password prompts that won’t go away, shared mailboxes, calendars and Teams problems.

Computers that won’t behave

Slow start-ups, blue screens, failed updates, full drives and computers that won’t turn on at all.

Wi-Fi & internet

Dropouts in one room, a network that slows down every afternoon, VPN and remote access that won’t connect.

Printers & scanners

Print queues stuck, scan-to-email broken after a password change, a printer only one person can reach.

Logins & access

Locked accounts, new staff who need access, staff who left and still have it, MFA on a new phone.

Business software

Accounting, practice-management and industry software that stopped opening or can’t reach its data.

Usually needs a visit

  • Network gear firewall, switch or access point failures
  • Cabling damaged or missing network drops
  • New equipment computers, printers, phones

// Symptoms

Problems We Fix Every Week

“Outlook keeps asking for my password.”
Usually a stale credential or an old authentication method. We clear it and check the account’s sign-in logs while we’re there.
“The computer takes ten minutes to start.”
We look at start-up apps, disk health and updates. If the drive is failing, we tell you before it takes your files with it.
“Nobody can print.”
Most often a print server or driver issue after an update, sometimes the printer’s address changed. Fixed remotely in most cases.
“The Wi-Fi drops at the back of the office.”
Coverage or interference. We check from your side remotely first, then visit if an access point needs moving or adding.
“We can’t open the shared drive.”
Permissions, a mapped drive pointing at an old server, or a sync client that stopped. We trace it and fix it at the source.

IT Support Questions

How fast can you help?

Most requests are picked up within the same business day, and many are fixed remotely during the first call. Onsite visits are booked as soon as a technician is free, often the same or next business day across Surrey.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. You can book us for one job and pay for that job. Ongoing support plans are available if you want them, but they’re never a condition.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

No. We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Installs, upgrades and office moves can be scheduled for evenings or weekends in advance, at the after-hours rate.

Do you fix home computers?

No. We only support businesses, which keeps our technicians focused on business systems like Microsoft 365, networks and shared data.

How is remote support safe?

We connect only when you approve the session, you can watch everything we do, and the session ends when the fix is done. Nothing is left installed that gives us standing access unless you ask for ongoing support.

// Ready when you are
